WISP

WISPs – Wireless Internet Service Providers – are closing the digital divide in rural communities.

But fulfilling consumer demand by offering a diverse range of services comes with a variety of administrative burdens, including Broadband Data Collection (BDC) and Form 477 reporting, customer privacy, data protection, and network security, and negotiating and managing complex commercial arrangements.

WISPs operating in a small or modestly-sized market, with limited time and resources, need experienced, affordable counsel to help them take full advantage of market opportunities while managing the regulatory burdens and costs.
