This Guide analyzes and offers practical guidance regarding the FCC’s Omnibus Order, which updated and clarified the FCC’s regulations implementing  the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”).  The Guide summarizes key provisions in the Order, and discusses the impact of the Order on a variety of industry segments.
